I understand and agree that my deposit is non-refundable.

   I agree to abide by any and all rules that NettieBay Lodge and understand that if I do not, I may be asked to leave. Rules include: no pets, loud music, quiet time after 11:00 p.m., unexpected visitors, cabins must be left in an orderly fashion (garbage taken out and refrigerator emptied etc.). During special school activities prescribed safety apparel is required and all other safety rules.

   In making this application to attend NettieBay Lodge, I affirm that I am in general good health and that I accept as my personal risk the hazard of such participation, and will not hold NettieBay Lodge or its representatives responsible or liable for any injuries, mishaps, loss of or damage to personal property or any other eventualities on or relative to my stay.

   Upon registration I hereby release and forever discharge NettieBay Lodge, its directors, instructors, Employees, volunteers and agents from any liability whatsoever arising as a result of my participation in the use of cabins, workshops, schools, or grounds, or equipment pertaining to NettieBay Lodge, and I declare that this release is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
