Mission Statement
The mission of the
National Wild Turkey Federation's
Women in the Outdoors Program
is to provide interactive,
non-competitive quality
educational outdoor
opportunities for women.

Outdoors Women programs
are workshops aimed at helping women
learn and gain confidence in outdoor skills, skills usually associated
with hunting and fishing, but useful for many outdoor pursuits.

Enrollment for the NBL Full Package is limited to 40.
Enrollment for the NWTF Day Program is limited to 100.
Women in the Outdoors Program Goals
To teach the importance of
responsible wildlife management.
To increase participation in outdoor related activities.
To encourage support of the National Wild Turkey Federation Mission
to conserve wild turkeys and to preserve the hunting tradition.
Women in
the Outdoors Program Objectives
To introduce women to outdoor activities.
To train women as outdoor educators and leaders.
To provide a network within our National Wild Turkey Federation
Local Chapter System for women with similar outdoor interest. |
